Ray has been married to Jill for 32 years and they have two grown children, Austin (30) and Garrett (26). Ray was born in La Mesa and Jill is from Michigan.Business
Ray is trained as an electronic engineer but his primary focus has been in software. He developed a number of neuro-feedback devices and is now developing election auditing software and standards. Ray and Jill operate a Montessori preschool in the East San Diego County area called Chase Ranch Montessori School.
